Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for dues or event registration. Refunds will ONLY be offered if event is cancelled by CSI Metropolitan New York Chapter and/or the hosting venue. Refunds will be distributed within 14 days of cancellation using the same payment methods used to make the purchase.
